about us

Services

Following are the main services provided by J-Stream:

On-demand Streaming

J-Stream delivers on Adobe Flash, Windows Media, and RealMedia platforms. Our CDN streaming network in Japan finds the cache server closest to the user for delivery to the end user’s Internet terminal through the optimal delivery route.

Live Streaming

In addition to having a live splitter on our delivery network, we use a duplex transmission route to prevent delay caused by packet loss, enabling us to provide high-quality live experience. J-Stream has the necessary video equipment and we send out specialists to handle live streaming at various events.

Mobile Content Delivery

We provide a variety of services to deliver not only static data but audio and video content to mobile phones. We support Japan’s three big mobile phone carriers: NTT DoCoMo, KDDI, and Softbank. We also develop infrastructure-level systems for some carriers.

Video Production

Through out video production unit we handle end-to-end video production, from planning to the actual shooting (through our in-house studio and/or on location). Based on our experience working in a variety of business areas and industries, we are able to produce commercial and promotional videos for the Web, as well as videos for corporate job training purposes.

Video Players

J-Stream develops and produces Adobe Flash-based players and Non-Flash based players for wide range of devices, including PC, iOS and Android based mobile devices.

Secure Delivery

J-Stream provides DRM services to restrict access and downloading at national and regional levels, thus protecting copyrights of video and music content.
